中心概况

      齐鲁在线留学服务中心由马来西亚教育部、马来西亚国家公司委员会审批、马来西亚联邦教育集团承接。中心承担中马两国教育发展、人员对接、合作交流、学科建设、留学中介等工作，中心与中国多所高等院校合作共建，积极推进两国教育互惠发展。在双边互动频繁的良好态势下，中心以“一带一路”为政策背景，围绕中马两国领导人提出的平等合作方向，致力于教育事业共谋共建，大力联合马来西亚教育单位，与中国教育单位一道开展事业合作。 

       中心已与国内多个政府单位、高等院校、中等院校、教育机构建立了良好的合作关系，协助推进中国学校国际化发展，马来西亚学校海外业务拓展。中心除了接待来自中国各省市的政府代表团、高校访问团，同时也在中国和马来西亚协办或参加展览会、经贸会、多边论坛、教育发展大会。

       中心赞扬近年来中国教育所获得的成绩，并鼓励大马学子赴华接受优质教育。近年来，中心大力配合中国高校赴马开展工作，共谋教育蓝图，实现“走出去”与“引进来”并重发展，助力教育、经济、文化上的“一带一路”。

      展望未来，中马两国有长期友好的合作关系，马来西亚具有优渥的学术基础和教育资源，教育事业合作前景广阔。在未来的工作中，中心将继续以中马互惠为重点、以服务教育事业发展为宗旨，全面履行各项职能，进一步推动加强中马两国友好关系，在互利的基础上拓展多边合作，为中马的稳定和繁荣继续奉献力量。 

The Qilu Online Service Center of study abroad is approved by the Malaysian Ministry of Education, the Malaysian National Companies Commission, and undertaken by the Malaysian Education Union.

The center undertakes the education development, interpersonal communication and cooperation , construction of courses, and act as study abroad intermediary between China and Malaysia. The center cooperates with many high-level education institutions in China and zealously promotes the win-win coorperation of education between two countries.

Thanks for frequent bilateral interactions, the center takes the "Belt and Road" as background, focus on the equal cooperation proposed by the leaders of China and Malaysia, and dedicate itself on the construction of mutual education and business corporation.

The center has established cooperative relations with many domestic government, institutions of higher learning, secondary schools, and educational institutions to help promote the international process of Chinese schools and the expansion of overseas business of Malaysian schools.

In addition to receiving government delegations and university delegations from various provinces and cities in China, the center also co-organizes or participates in exhibitions, economic and trade conferences, multilateral forums, and education development conferences in China and Malaysia.

The center praised China for achievements of education in recent years, and encouraged Malaysian students to go to China for qualified education.

In recent years, the center has been vigorously cooperating with Chinese universities to work in Malaysia, drawing the blueprint of education, realizing the combination of both "go global" strategy and "bring in" policy, and boosting the "Belt and Road" of education, economy and culture.

China and Malaysia have long-term friendly and cooperative relationship. Malaysia has a strong academic base  and educational resources, and there are broad prospects of educational cooperation.

In future, the center will continue to focus on China-Malaysia reciprocity for the development of education, fully execute our functions to promote and strengthen the friendly relations between China and Malaysia, and expand multilateral cooperation on the basis of mutual benefit. Dedicate ourselves on maintaining the stability and prosperous of China and Malaysia.
